I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of PTSD, depression, and anxiety in adolescents and adults. After earning a bachelor’s degree in theatre performance, I never anticipated becoming a psychotherapist. My journey into the field began with a desire to help others, which led me to volunteer at a local domestic violence shelter after finishing my undergraduate studies. I started working on the hotline, offering crisis care to individuals navigating some of the most challenging moments of their lives. To my surprise, the qualities that drew me to acting—my deep interest in people, quick thinking, and adaptability—also made me an effective counselor.

In 2020, I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver, and since then, I've worked in diverse settings, including schools, courts, clinics, and intensive outpatient programs.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative. My goal is to provide you with the tools and a safe space to build the life you want and explore what it means to be human. I am trained in EMDR and use a range of somatic (body-centered) interventions to support this process. Additionally, I partner with Hara Health Center to offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
